How do we produce wine?
Fresh grapes grown at our Georgian vineyards are hand-picked at the optimum of their maturity.
Right after harvesting grapes are crushed & pressed at our Rtvelisi Georgian brewery center.
Soft de-stemming and crushing is followed by fermentation at controlled temp in steel tanks.
During fermentation & aging, multiple QC inspections are done to esnure quality & taste.
