Esi-Loza Inc. is a sister concern of Mago Corporation, founded, registered & incorporated in Ontario, Canada on January 14th, 2020. We are a liquor distribution agency, importing & distributing Wines, Rum, Vodka & many more from well known vendors / suppliers / breweries around the world.
After obtaining the prestigious liquor distribution and sell licenses, we are currently working with LCBO (Liquor Control Board of Ontario), other renowned liquor stores across Ontario Canada & our very own online store to promote, distribute and sell our products all over Canada. We are also working with Quebec-SAQ (Société des alcools du Québec), British Columbia-LDB (BC Liquor Distribution Branch) & Alberta-AGLC (Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis) to make our products available on the store shelves in multiple provinces across Canada.
Important Milestones
2020 – Liquor Distribution License & Partnership With LCBO
The LCBO (Liquor Control Board of Ontario) is an Ontario government enterprise and one of the world’s largest buyers and retailers of beverage alcohol. Through more than 660 retail stores, catalogues, e-Commerce, special order services, more than 210 agency stores, which provide cost effective, convenient and socially responsible access for rural consumers, and as wholesaler to almost 250 Grocery stores, the LCBO offers more than 28,000 products annually, from more than 80 countries, to consumers and licensed establishments.
Following the footprint of the success in Alberta, British Columbia & Quebec, Esi-Loza Inc. acquired the liquor distribution license from the Ontario Liquor Control Board AKA ‘The LCBO’ to promote, sale & distribute Esi-Loza alcoholic beverages in the province of Ontario in May, 2020. The the journey continues.
2020 – Liquor Distribution License & Partnership With SAQ
The Société des alcools du Québec (SAQ) is a government corporation whose mandate is to sell alcoholic beverages. It provides a major income stream to the Quebec and federal governments in the form of taxes and duties. It also makes a dividend payment to the Quebec government. Its sole shareholder is the Quebec Finance Department.
Back in March, 2020 Esi-Loza also obtained the license to distribute and sell of alcoholic beverages / liquors in the province of Quebec from the Société des alcools du Québec AKA ‘The SAQ’. Esi-Loza Inc. is operating successfully to promote, sell and distribute its alcoholic beverages province-wide in the province of Quebec following the SAQ local regulations and guidelines.
2020 – Liquor Distribution License & Partnership With LDB
The Liquor Distribution Branch (LDB) is one of two branches of Government responsible for the wholesale distribution and retail sale of beverage alcohol and non-medical cannabis. The Liquor Distribution Act (LDA) gives the LDB the sole right to purchase beverage alcohol both within BC and from outside the province, in accordance with the federal Importation of Intoxicating Liquors Act.
On the very same month back in February, 2020 Esi-Loza Inc. also did aquire the license to distribute and sell of alcoholic beverages / liquors in the province of British Columbia from the British Columbia Liquor Distribution Branch AKA ‘BC LDB’. Esi-Loza Inc. since then have been a proud liquor distribution agency working with the BC LDB offering various quality alcoholic beverages which occupy the shelves of hundreds of LDB approved liquor stores.
2020 – Liquor Distribution License & Partnership With AGLC
Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis is the agency responsible for administering the Gaming and Liquor Act, Regulation and related policy. AGLC is the Government of Alberta’s Crown commercial enterprise and agency that oversees the gaming, liquor and cannabis industries in Alberta.
On February, 2020 Esi-Loza Inc. has acquired the license to distribute and sell alcoholic beverages / liquors province-wide from Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis AKA AGLC. Since then we have been working closely with AGLC to make the top notch liquors available on the store shelves across Alberta following the provincial government standards and regulations for Alcohol Sell & Distribution.
