Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Shipping

At Esi-Loza we are committed to offer customers the very best shopping experience. Beside having implemented all the safety measures to create a secure online buying platform for the customers, we try our best to have customer orders processed, shipped and delivered in the quickest time possible. All orders placed during the weekdays are shipped within 48 hours from the time an order was initially placed. For orders placed during the weekends or any national holidays, are shipping within the following two business days.


 Customers can place back orders with us in event where the desired product is out of stock at our nearest warehouse. In such an event customers placing back-order for the out of stock item will be contacted via email or phone to inform the customer about item availability and estimated shipping date / time. Esi-Loza Inc. may also use local or international warehouses for order fulfillment & may override the customer’s selection of the shipping service / provider using the best option available for the particular warehouse base location.

Order Tracking

By default we do offer shipment tracking service for customer’s order/s. The tracking information will be provided to the customer via email once  the order is marked shipped. Customers will be able to tracking their order from the courier partner’s website or from the order details page until the order arrives at customer’s door.

Warehouse Selection

Esi-Loza Inc. has multiple local and international warehouses for order processing and fulfillment. We may choose local and international warehouses for order fulfillment, the choice of warehouse may vary considering several factors, customer’s location, courier availability, stock availability etc. We always try our best to select the closest warehouse to the customer’s location to ship the ordered items for faster delivery.

Shipping Methods

Esi-Loza Inc. offers multiple shipping methods to the customers for online order / purchase. Esi-Loza may prefer to choose a different shipping service to what was initially chosen by the customer, in an event where the customer selected shipping method violates the provincial regulations for alcohol handle / delivery. Customers may always contact customer care to know about the best shipping services available for their region before placing the order online.

International Orders

We do sell and ship our products globally. International orders are usually shipping within 2 to 5 business days, with the buyer’s preferred international shipping service choice. Please be noted that customers are liable for paying any custom import duty / fees those may be applicable in the customer’s country / region. So countries may have restrictions on alcohol import / internal purchase, please consider checking local alcohol import guidelines before placing an order with us.


At Esi-Loza we take great care in packing ship-able items before they are handed over to the courier partners for delivery. Beside our very own standards and procedures, we also follow the provincial alcohol handling & delivery policies, to make sure that the purchased products are delivered to the customer’s door avoiding any shipping mishandles, damage or any environmental risk / hazard that may involve in alcohol handling, shipping and delivery.
